Charlotte, born 1774, died 1838, married John SIMS. They moved to Bedford Co. and settled on their division of the Grant. John SIMS built a Mill on Duck River on part of Charlotte’s division near Temple’s Frod. They are probably buried in the SIMS’ Graveyard on Sims Rd., no markers. John SIMS, in 1815, purchased the 192 acre division of Benton POWELL.2894
